Britelite Guarantee Request Service

This service is used to request remedial/guarantee claims through our service department.

Once you have submitted your request an email confirmation will be sent to you with further information.

During warmer weather, uPVC and Aluminium Windows & Doors will expand, which can make them more difficult to operate. Adjustments unfortunately do not solve this problem. Once the temperature reduces the product will contract and offer you normal operation.

Once our service department have arranged an appointment to attend your property, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to re-arrange this visit. If we attend the property and you are not available, or cancel the appointment without giving us 48 hours’ notice our standard call out charge of £120 inclusive of VAT will apply.

If the fault is covered under the terms of your guarantee the work will be carried out free of charge.

If it is found that the fault is not covered by your guarantee or if you have not maintained the product in accordance with the terms of the guarantee & Britelite's maintenance instructions then a call out fee of £120 inclusive of VAT will be charged along with the time and parts required to complete the repair.
